Over 300 people attended New Destiny’s 2011 Annual Cocktail Benefit which raised almost $200,000 to support New Destiny’s housing and programs for low-income domestic violence survivors. The benefit, held at the Asia Society on March 15, 2011, honored Brian Lawlor, Chief Operating Officer of NYS Homes and Community Renewal; Robert Knakal, the Chairman and Founding Partner of Massey Knakal Realty Services; Neil Weissman, the President and Founder of Jackson Development Group; and Richard Froehlich, Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel of NYC Housing Development Corporation.
