Table 1 shows the minimum and maximum rent responsibility an HSP tenant can expect to pay each year. The minimum rent responsibility assumes that a family is budgeted to receive the full PA shelter allowance. The maximum rent responsibility assumes that based on income, a family is no longer eligible to receive any PA shelter allowance but still has an open PA case.
