New Destiny is accepting applications for 38 affordable, service-enriched apartments in a newly constructed building in the northwest Bronx. The anticipated occupancy date is September 2008. Marcello Manor will serve the general public and domestic violence survivors in shelter.

Our mission is to increase the housing and services available to low-income domestic violence survivors in New York City. We develop and manage our own housing, assist other nonprofits to develop housing, and provide training and technical assistance to domestic violence survivors and their advocates.
